Once again the McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center is holding their April fundraiser called “Pinwheels for Prevention.” Companies and individuals purchase pinwheels from the organization to display at their homes and businesses. The McMahon/Ryan Child Advocacy Center provides a host of services including advocacy, multi-disciplinary team investigations, medical and mental health services, forensic interviews and prevention education.

"Together we planted a total of 400 pinwheels on our front lawn, and sponsored table-centerpieces at their annual Pinwheel Ball, held on April 8th this year.” he added. Infinit Technology Solutions is proud to be a dollar-for-dollar sponsor for the 14th Annual Radiothon for Kids, the annual fundraiser supporting the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

The hospital, together with the Upstate Foundation and iHeart Media, provide a wide range of funding programs that directly impact pediatric services at the hospital. The funds are used to provide new equipment, comfort items, distraction toys, and support for specific family needs. Infinit Provides MakerBot 3D Printer to Institute of Technology at Syracuse

East Syracuse, NY | July 14, 2014

With the advent of 3D printers geared toward consumers, Ann Marie Furcinito, a teacher at the Institute of Technology at Syracuse wanted to acquire one for students in her SUPA Forensic Science class. However, with a price of over $2,500 she knew it would be difficult to cover the cost.

Determined to find a way to bring this technology to her students, Ann Marie posted her need on DonorsChoose.org, an online charity that allows for donations to fund efforts like this.

Infinit Technology Solutions, having recently become an authorized MakerBot partner, heard about DonorsChoose.org from MakerBot and checked the site to see if any local schools had postings for a MakerBot printer.

Seeing Ann Marie's posting, and that there were barely any donations, Infinit offered to purchase the printer and accessories, configure it and train her students on its use. To view the post on the school's Facebook page, click here.

Infinit Sponsors Hole at Golf Event

The Homer Education Foundation, (HEF) was proud to organize the return of the HEF Golf Classic. It was held at the Cortland Country Club on Monday, July 7, 2014.  All monies raised at the event will go towards supporting the mission of the HEF, to promote the development of excellence in instruction, encourage innovation in programming and to ensure pride in the Homer Central School District by students, staff, alumni and the greater school community.

Infinit sponsored a par 3 hole and supplied golf balls for everyone to use on that hole. They also provided golf shirts and lunch bags as raffle prizes.  Approximately 15 groups partcipated in the 2014 HEF Golf Classic.

Infinit Technology Solutions has moved to bigger quarters and is expanding its work force after a major change in its business strategy.

"Infinit has added five people to its sales force since moving to 16,000-square-foot offices at 7037 Fly Road on January 31st," said company President Thomas A. Klink Jr. It previously was in a 6,000-square-foot office on Widewaters Parkway.

Klink said the company expects to hire 20 more people, mostly for sales positions, in the near future. It currently employs 32 people.

Infinit Moves To New Headquarters

On January 31st, Infinit Technology Solutions moved to their new headquarters facility at 7037 Fly Road in East Syracuse, New York. The new office will house the company’s sales, technical, administrative, operations and executive staff. The warehousing and logistics operations have been in the facility since spring of 2013 and the move now brings the entire company together.
